		<description><![CDATA[Okay, I made this recipe this morning. Didn&#039;t have a flat baking pan but did have a large rectangular cake pan. That caused the granola to stack up more in the pan. After about 45 minutes, I didn&#039;t think it was toasting well enough, so I upped the temp to 300°F and gave it a total of 1 hour 15 mins. I also ditched the parchment paper; the pan is non-stick and it wasn&#039;t sticking at all. The granola came out good. Might try it again with honey instead of syrup.]]></description>
