It is a beautiful, almost spring day. It was about 50 degrees, the sun was shining, it was warm. A great day to grab some sun and be outside. So…what’s wrong with this picture, you ask?

On our hill here in Vermont spring seems a little far away these days……………

I was up at the Grand Canyon yesterday and saw the same amount of snow there. It was in the mid 50s and breezy.
Today, at my house, it’s 75° at 12:30 PM. No snow here, but I can still see a bit of it in the mountains about 20 miles north.
Spring will get there, eventually. Looking forward to seeing your photos of crocuses popping up through the snow.

What a spectacular view you have (bottom picture)! Leaves me feeling just a bit homesick… I’ve lived all over this country but I can tell you I’ve found nothing more beautiful than the Green Mountains!
